What to do, it was my secound time to visit U.S. and this time I did it really in crazy way, in other words, me, from the town with 100 000 inhabitants (Tartu)I decided to rent a car from New York and drive to Philadelphia after 12 h travel! That was really challange, but I couldnt eaven imagin how it might be. But we rented also GPS to find our destination. When we landed in JFK airport, hevy rain and darkness welcome us. Finally, after we sit into the nice new Toyota Camry, our journey began. After several tolls and roads we finally found us from the hotel and got good night sleep. I could say that the traffic wasn´t so frightful, on my secound day I felt like I have been driving here for a long time already. I liked Philadelphia very much.
I had also one assignment to do, I have one very nice and smart girl, my husband niece, Madli, who is studying in Kenyon College, and she needed a number of our good Estonian shocolate, so I took some 1,2 kg and sent to her from Philadelphia, I hope she was very happy when she got it, I know she likes chocolate very mush. Maybe you have question, why not to send it from Estonia? OK, we did it, we made a great birthday pacage for her, but when she got it, the chocolate wasn´t in it! Seems, that it is really a good one and somebody wanted it too. Anyway, next time we will send less amount at one time, maybe the reason was there.
After long conference days, what normally ladies are doing, far far away from home - of course shopping! But this is not very interesting for others?!
............. and the last day of my visit I decided to look around in New York as well.... oohoooo, it was really big city, so many cars, people. We had only few time to look around and where to go? Time Square, it was perfect. The feeling was very good, we went to one saloon and took a drink, looked around and then I thought, it might be good to visit this place one more time. Why not!
